Mighty Minds

Mighty Minds

Does your child seem to worry a lot? Do their fears take on a life of their own or hold them back from doing things? If so, your child may be experiencing anxiety. Some of the most common symptoms of anxiety in children are nail biting, irritability, stomach aches, trouble sleeping and tantrums. In many cases, anxiety can go unnoticed in kids that present more mild-mannered and quiet.

When a child continues to struggle with their worries and fears, it may soon start to impact a child’s school, social life and overall happiness.
